I ordered a 4-door Kalista wardrobe from Godrej interio, C/O SK FASHIONS located at Kankurgachi Kolkata, 700054 outlet, on 2nd October. The item was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, after a long tenure of 4 weeks, I got the wardrobe delivered on 29th October but without the doors, as the company claims that the doors were damaged. They assured me that the doors will be delivered within 7 to 10 days. Today its 21st November 2020, I still don't have any update on my order. And the outlet staff are least bothered to at least give me any updates, it is I who always calls for any updates.
I have already complained in their official site '[protected]@godrejinterio.com' on 5th November 2020, but I didn't receive any response from their end.
After so much harassment I want my wardrobe doors to be delivered as soon as possible.

    Very high charge for above. Pls me know how much Gould be the charge for a bed and an almirah? They have asked for around 3400 Rs. is this valid?

      I had raised a complaint regarding the mattress problem on 31st Oct 20 . Complaint NO - B[protected]. The technician RamKumar attended the call on 5th Nov, and after verifying mentioned " the mattress is in warranty and will get replaced, he will submit the report and his manager Mukesh will call back and communicate on the timeliness when the new mattress will be delivered". He took pictures etc of the mattress and the invoice copy.

      But till date I have not received any call from Mukesh regarding the timelines and status of the delivery . I keep calling up the call centre and they update stating " we have escalated and you will receive the call ".

      Today was a height, the call centre tried taking the service centre Mukesh on call, as he as not reverting inspite of escalation. But he joined the call and disconnected it without providing an update.

      Very dissatisfied with the after sales, customer handling and service center response. What the point of warranty of 10 years when there is no proper within 4 years . Firstly the quality of product is low and then even after being in warranty, instead of provide prompt service the service centre is just delaying it .

      This response is not acceptable from a company like Godrej.

      Looking forward for a resolution and quick response.

      Had purchased an orthopedic mattress from Godrej, to avoid back pain . But due to this uneven mattress have ended up with a back pain .

      Also as requested by their team had once again given them all photos, and invoice copy .

      But I am yet to receive the delivery details from the company regarding the replacement of the mattresses .

        Poor quality chairs sold by the company

        I have purchased entire set of furniture costing ₹1, 12, 726/- from Godrej Interio, Dhakuria, Kolkata on 22.10.16 for new flat purchased by my daughter Paulami Bhattacharjee. I have also got the the modular kitchen done in her flat through your authored franchise Rajni &. Co., 74, Despran Sasmal Road, Kolkata 700033 as per agreement signed on 28.09.2016 for which I paid ₹1, 06, 449/-. Such is my trust in Godrej products.

        We had been using Godrej recliner sofa rhine since 2 years . The leatherite cover of the sofa is wearing off (peeling off) day by day . Also the liver is not working We had a great regard for your company. Never expected such defect in your product. Do the needful at the earliest.

          I, Dr Priyanjali Vaishnav had placed an order for office table Cignus 1350 at Godrej interio, 1st floor, APM mall, Nr. Seema hall, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 20/10/2020. I had categorically informed the staff at Godrej interio that I need the desk before inaguration of my clinic that is to be held on 20/11/2020.

          Despite having said this, when I asked for the status earlier today, I was told it will be ready only by month end!

          If that is so, there is no utility for the table post 20th inauguration! Kindly do the needful and let me know if the desk could be supplied earlier than 20/11/2020.

              I purchased matress from lullanager showroom in Pune. Salman told me that if you bought matress you will get pillow and comferter free. But at the time of delivery they didn't send pillow and comferter.
              Also delivered mattress late than expected day.

                have bought a single door refedgerator 17 Oct 2020 from online shoping site flipcart and it got delivered on 28 October.
                It worked for 2 days, then it stopped working.
                and so i registered complain and technician fill the gas but it didn't work.And the service person inform they are going to change the compresour ..but till now my refedgirator issue hasn't resolved yet.it has crossed one month and i am very disappointed with the service.
                Please resolved the issue as soon as possible.

                  I had placed the order with Godrej Interio on[protected] order no[protected].

                  On[protected], I had checked with the call centre @[protected]@ 4:36 and 4:42 pm to ask what would be the date on the invoice. The staff confirmed that invoice date would be the date on which order has been placed i.e.[protected]

                  Yesterday, I got a call from Godrej office from phone no [protected] @ 6:47 pm stating that invoice date would be the date on which the order is packed.
                  I kept on requesting staff to give me solution as I want invoice date before[protected]. Staff refused to help. Staff refused to give any assistance. Staff refused to connect me to any senior. She assured me that I will receive call from their seniors. But no call received. Godrej staff is extremely unreliable because at first place, they misinformed me. At the second place, they refused to provide any assistance. I need help. My contact number is [protected]

                    I have purchased a Chocolat Queen bed on 07/09/2019. During lockdown I was at my duty place, after returned I saw that the pesting of the bed at the head side has come out. I explained my condition and requested the showroom manager to replace it, I also assured that if I was at home that time I must bring it in his noticed at right time but he said that it was not possible due to expire of one year.                         Recliner sofa leatherite skin peel off

                        I purchased a Godrej Interio Recliner Sofa in 2017 which came with a warranty of 1 year. After 1 year it's skin started to peel off and now after 3 years it's skin got totally peeled off. The sofa set is totally spoiled. Is this the quality of a Godrej Interio product should be? After I called the company to complain about this issue, they gave me a quotation of Rs.42, 000/- for its repair. That is almost half the cost of sofa. Atleast ask...

                          Purchased an GODREJ Air conditioner on 29.04.2019 from Kholsa Electronics Dunlop Branch. My air conditioner was not working properly, so I registered a Complaint and your technician visited on 05.10.20 but could solve the problem and they said they will visit again next day did not turn up. On 10.10.20 another 2 technician visited & said problem in PCB. My question is how PCB of a new Air conditioner can damaged 3 times in one year? I am also suspecting that faulty PCB was placed in place of my PCB as they were not climbing down from roof after long time. What is benefit of invertor AC then?? I am not accepting this & please arrange to repair my AC at earliest at free of cost.

                            An order was placed for modular kitchen worth approx. Rs. 1.48 Lacs. on LOCI INTERIORS, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi (bill dated 26th Sep 2020). I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the execution of the order by your dealer. In the first place, their person took wrong measurements resulting in substantial breaking of the kitchen infrastructure and additional cost to me. This could have been easily avoided if only correct measurements were taken. This led to lot of bitterness and arguments. Secondly, even after more than a month is over, the job is not completed and a portion of it is still left undone. The dealer principal, Ms. Aarthi Bageja ([protected]) is no longer picking my calls and there is also no update from them.

                            I am not going to take this crap lying down. I want you to intervene in the matter and take immediate appropriate action to ensure that the job is completed and also deal with the absolute unprofessionalism of LOCI INFRASTRUCTURE.

                            I have to say this. If I do not get a response call from you within the next 48 hours, I WILL take up this matter at the highest level with Goodrej Interio and will go beyond if I don't get any response from there also. I can provide you copies of the bill and the photo of the job undone so far.

                              No genuine and original company part are used while repairing...
                              They have leave the work in between pending for 7 to 10 days..
                              My washing machine is repaired 6times in 3 years...every visit is 400 rs added with repaired part charges..
                              My hard earned money is going in drainage I feel...
                              Very poor services...

                                  I have purchased a ergonomic chair on Sept 14 with expected delivery of 09 Oct which delayed to 20 Oct and then 30 Oct’20. To add to the pain customer care or operations Godrej Interio are not informing the customer neither they are helping the customer to provide the tracking number. They level of commitment and assurance to customer is very poor. They are not at all transparent in their process.

                                  Appreciate if you could intervene into this matter and escalate to the highest level.

                                  Pathetic customer care at Godrej Interio as well as the management who keep harassing the customers and taken the full amount but no commitment on delivery and any assurance or action that can be taken proactively to pacify the situation. Only keep shifting the date with out any audit being made in the organisation for the authenticity of the reason being mentioned for delays

                                    We have placed order on modular kitchens on godrej interio on 27th AUG 2020 after payment of advance(50%) rs 1, 35, 537/- (Order nos WON032873 & WON032874) and assurance given delivery and installation will be completed by 6th week(4th OCT 2020). Till date they have not delivered and no intimation also. Also in their website - on the tracking order - there is no update of packing and delivery status. Extremely poor customer service.
                                    We have raised a complaint against the Sales Team & Plant team & we have not paid any single money before installation.
                                    This is the worst experience I have had with Godrej and definitely not what I expected and further when we asked multiple times related to delivery..no one is having an answer.
