Godrej Interio — Tearing of fabric of mattress

Here I want ro share a really torturing experience of mine with this brand. I will suggest you guys not to run after a brand name they will bluff you only.
I had bought a Orthodelux mattress spending 20000 over it from godrej in 2016 from dealer namely
'Manash marketing' in rewa and now it's fabric starts to torn apart. Since it is under warranty period of 10 years I complaint about it to dealer. At the time of purchase shopkeeper convinces us that once we get the product from so called brand we don't have to worry about any damage until it is under warranty. So story is that after one month of wait they said sorry mam fabric is not included in warranty. So i went through customer care route and I found myself shocked that they were just ignoring my complaint so after many trials they gave me their technician no operating from bhopal ... Now comes the interesting part these so called technician didn't bother to visit the house to check the damage and moreover they just started blaming me for the damage according to them the fabric cannot tear by itself may be they think it is made up of steel or something and I must have done something for the fault of fabric. They also get offended because I contacted them to take a follow through of complaint.
Can u believe a team which is supposed to attend our call and update us regarding our problem they don't want you to contact them because they get irritated by it.
So after 3 month of rudest negotiations I have ever come across by any customer care they refuses to exchange the mattress.
