[Resolved]  Godrej Microwave Oven — Poor service - Godrej Microwave

I booked a complain as my Microwave (Grill+Convection) was not hitting properly on 26th of March, ref. no. is K[protected]. After repeated follow ups a technician visited on 29th March. He mentioned that the PCB is not working properly, therefore he took it along and said it will be fixed within 3-4 days or a week and if can not be fixed then the same will be replaced. Since there was no feedback even after a week I called the customer care on 4th of April 2015 again. They mentioned that they will pass on this complain to supervisor & technician will visit the next day. Today is 7th April, neither I've received any call from anyone, nor any technician has visited & fixed the problem. My Microwave is under AMC & this is how I'm being treated.
