I have purchased 19l godrej microwave oven from flipkart on 4th of july 2021, and updated installation of that assigned on 7th july. Still from your expert nobody has come to our home. Every time they provide some ### reasons to avoid installation. Its been one week now without installation. Such a worst experience from your expert. Services are pathetic and not so coordinated with CUSTOMERs. They said technician will come today, its been 5 days nobodyâs has come

Demo not shown after my purchase & now sparking inside of oven

Since last 20 days of my purchase, No one from service centre visited to show demo. Now When I started myself, I noticed there is spark inside each time. Very pathetic service. I am completely dissatisfied with this product and its service offered by the company. When I called to near Service centre available in Jeypore, they are also not serious about my complaint and replying they will visit on later days . After sales service is very poor of this brand. I will not suggest anyone to buy this Brand. Rather I will gift this to the dealer without asking for refund.

misbehave of customer care and lying about my amc
Customer care called and told to extend my amc as my warranty period will be over this month. But i found out later it will be over in december. They told that they will be sending a mechanic to solve my pre heat problem. But the person who visited was not a mechanic but a amc dealer. Then she again called me and misbehaved with me. Godrej should take care of it.

worst service by godrej

I bought one 20l grill+convection microwave oven 2 months back. I raised one complaint for demo. One technician (Kiran mangude) came and he failed to give proper demo as oven was not hitting properly. Also he has less knowledge on this. After that i raised 3-4 complaints but no one came. I called service center executive (Nitin shelke) &supervisor (Swapnil sale) many times, and they said they will send other guy but when i raised my last complaint (P[protected]) they sent the same guy after several follow ups. Again he failed to fix it and said other guy will come. Now service center executive and supervisor are ignoring my calls. Also every time i call to godrej customer care they only escalate the issue but nothing is happening. Really pathetic service from godrej.

I bought a godrej microwave and we don't use regularly and after 1 year there was problem in rotation and engineer came a d changed the switch and after an hour the same problem exists and another engineers came and said the pcb has problems and needs to change costing 3000. Godrej has outsourced to local service person who wants to warn money by changing parts. The cost is switch is paid in waste and the pcb cost is needed by them further. Now the machine got worst after the service engineer came and is overheating. They spoiled theachine worst product of godrej don't buy and they will cheat u after buying

We have a microoven model no N006D03, bought on 9.01.2008. It was working well but two buttons became disfunct recently and the light was not working.
We made a complain in the toll free no (complain no:214650).Mr. sudipto nandi ([protected] ) came, fixed the light with cellotape and told us that the machine should be taken to the service center for about 10 days. We both are office goers. It was impossible for us to do our daily work without the machine.
Mr sudipto nandi, who came from a franchise told us that control panel can not be changed.
And the light which has been fixed became disfunct again on last day.
We don't know what to do at present. Please take steps. We need a better service from such a reputed company.

I am in a dejected state of mind, writing you few lines about the gross negligence and ignorance provided by Godrej company to me.
1. I purchased a washing machine and a microwave oven of Godrej bearing model number GME20CM2FJZ[protected]from Mohanty Electronics, Sambalpur, Orissa on dt. 6 th Sept 2016.
2. After 6 days i.e on 12 th sept, when we tried to cook our curry we found that it was not heating.
3. I made a complain immediately to godrej toll free number and get registered with a call number W[protected].
4. The Godrej service expert visited and told us that a part ( Magnetron is not working ).
5. i made a call to godrej service executive Mr. Suptendu Mohapatra here ( contact no. [protected]) and updated him the matter. But instead of resolving the issue, he behave rudely and told me that the damaged part can only be changed, not the whole machine. And till today i have not received any favourable reply from his side or from the company side.
6. Its only a matter of 6 days and that microwave developed some problem. Then how could you expect that we will be satisfied by just replacing a part of it ? We brought a product of Godrej with trust. Without using it for a single time, if it is not working within 6 days of purchasing, how could i trust the company further ?
Further, this company and its representative here made the matter worst by their behaviour, attitude and non cooperation.
I need an immediate replacement of the damaged microwave with a new one but till today they did not response to me

MultiCuisine - GME 20CM1 MJZ sucks

I purchased this MultiCuisine - GME 20CM1 MJZ Convection Oven and used for a couple of times. Once i saw some smoke coming out and I complaint for it. The technician came to check after several days with several follow ups. The person who came to see it charged 500rs and said there is nothing wrong in it.
But after that whenever i make anything it gets burnt and the smoke comes out. I dont want to pay for this pathetic service again and want to get it repaired ASAP.

Poor service - Godrej Microwave

I booked a complain as my Microwave (Grill+Convection) was not hitting properly on 26th of March, ref. no. is K[protected].
After repeated follow ups a technician visited on 29th March. He mentioned that the PCB is not working properly, therefore he took it along and said it will be fixed within 3-4 days or a week and if can not be fixed then the same will be replaced. Since there was no feedback even after a week I called the customer care on 4th of April 2015 again. They mentioned that they will pass on this complain to supervisor & technician will visit the next day.
Today is 7th April, neither I've received any call from anyone, nor any technician has visited & fixed the problem.
My Microwave is under AMC & this is how I'm being treated.
I don't know what to do next.

Extremely sorry to inform you that what is this going on with me. I have complained regarding the NOISE giving by the machine soon after the repair done on 23rd Jan 2014( W[protected]). Today I talked to customer care and again they sent one Technician to check the micro oven. It was checked and found that the machine really giving so much sound in running condition.
Again they said they will send one Technician on Monday/Tuesday to check the sound. I do not know what is this going on.
This is completely a new one and since day of purchase I have not started using this. Why do not you replace with a new one. This is completely harassment .I should not go for GODREJ. It was informed by the vendor that in case of any technical problem, this will be completely replaced by the company. Then what is this...

I have purchased both at a time 340 Lt refrigerator and Godrej 25Ltr GMX 25CA1M12 Convection Microwave Oven on 31/12/2015 in Vijayawada. I thought that like your company products the services also better. But your company services are too bad and too worst. I want a demo about the oven. After receiving we make a call with toll free number then we get a call from the service center, Vijayawada and they send one person on 1/1/2015. He starts the oven and tries to heat the milk in Oven it starts for 2 seconds and stopped.
I am fully confused because the oven was not in working condition continuously. He said that it was started after certain minutes you keep it on, and simply taking my signature he went away. He doesn't know fully about the operations of Oven. After that Every day I made calls to the service center, sometimes they said we will send a technician, and sometimes they don't lift even the phone call. But I receive a message from you thanks for service without completion of my complaint.
I make another complaint on 6/1/2015 with toll free number[protected]. But till now we doesn't get any call from the service center. We fully disappointed for your services. It we know already about these type of services we will not select your company. If anybody get better then they automatically suggest others to buy Godrej products. Verify this and immediately take action.

Complain regarding defective product and incompetent servicing of Microwave Oven GMC25E09 MRHM

I bought a Microwave oven GMC25E09 MRHM (Installation Type: N006ED11) on 23/11/2008.
In August 2010, there was a problem in the Microwave oven for which I lodged a service request with Godrej Smartcare in Kolkata (service request# 337058). The technician visited and diagnosed with a fault in the PCB. I paid Rs 350 as the onsite service charges. After 2 months of wait, on 3rd December, the PCB was "repaired" and I was asked to pay Rs 1225 additionally. I was told that there will be a 1 month warranty for the rectified PCB.
But the PCB did not work for even for 2 days and the microwave oven started showing the same problems within 2 days. I lodged another service request on Dec 05, 2010 (service request# 383985).
In spite of repeated reminders about replacing the defective microwave panel, and false promises from the Godrej Smartcare center that it will be replaced, the fact remains that my microwave oven is still not working.
The microwave panel has been with the technician for more than a month. Once I received a call from helpdesk that the new panel has arrived and it will be fitted to my microwave oven.However, the next day the technician came with the same old defective panel and tried to pass it on but I refused to allow it to be fitted back to the oven as it is of no use.
I have called Mr Ritambar from the Smartcare center (Ph: [protected]) around 12th January 2011, when he said the new panel will be sent by 14th January, 2011. 2 weeks have passed I have never heard from anyone on this matter now.
I bought the microwave over for Rs 7500. Already paid more than Rs 1500 as service charges for this service call but the defect has not been rectified. I am planning to take legal action now as inspite of making full payment for this service call, the faulty part has not been replaced/rectified. I am not sure why false statements were made by the call center executive who called me and told that new panel has arrived and it is being sent ot my home.
The microwave oven is lying defective and idle and unutilized for the last 5 months and no action has been taken to replace the defective panel by the company.
I am now helpless. I have got couple of calls in the last 1 month mentioning that "the new panel will arrive next week" OR "the panel has arrived but not matching the microwave oven". This is a good way of buying time but as a big brand of India, Godrej should aim to manufacture or market more reliable products. I have now started to share my experience with Godrej microwave oven with the world and hopefully they will be more responsible in selling or servicing products in the future.

Godrej — Faulty Oven
Micro oven faulty & complaint raised on7.9.10 .but problem is not solved even after vigorous follow up.Today is 23.9.10 & i dont know when they will take care of customer Godrej Smartcare in Kolkata has been contacted multiple times (please refer to service request# 337058). We have purchased Godrej Microwave Oven for Rs.7,000/- from Bharat Agencies, Ratnagiri after an introductory demo held nearabout three years ago in Ratnagiri City. The microwave has been working very smoothly for three years without any complaint and four months back it has stopped working. We were informed by Bharat Agencies that Godrej authorised servicing centre was with Shriram Agencies, Ratnagiri and since last two months, we are requesting for repairing of our microwave however we haven't received any response. So we request the Godrej Officials to looks into the matter urgently.

Complain No is 806497 Dated 05/10/2010 oven taken to service center.As per your Engr.megneton is reqired to replace wichwas not gettin from central store. After few days your Engr. has said cpacitor is to replace it is also not available.Sill oven is unattended. Today the have asked time up to 07/12/2010.please look in to the metter as early as posible.

Company not giving service to customer

This is sameer, kavali, i bought a godrej microwave oven, it got problem of heating. i registerd complaint at the dealer and he sent that to godrej customer care , nellore( divya agencies). the boy came and checked the condition of the product and told to bring to nellore to their service center. We took that product and it was with him for 4 months. when we call him he used to say that, "the product was sent to company for spare parts". last week he told that it is ready , but when we came back to home and checked it it was asusual, it was not repaired, I made a phone call to him bout that and he replied, " We dont know bout that and we sent that to company, and we stopped the servicing for the godrej products ".
is this the answer for the problem.

Dear Sir,
I have taken a Godrej Microwave from tara electronics, ahmedabad in the month of january
2009. But 6 months back suddenly it has stopped working. I have lodged a complaint
on your customer care number & my complaint no is 608439 dt. 16th may 2011. I am
following up for this matter since last 6 months but I am very sorry to say that it
still unresolved. Every time whenever I call to your customer care # [protected] I
get a same recorded answer as “The Required parts are out of Stock”. I am using the
Godrej products since my child hood & Godrej has always provided the best customer
service. But this experience is extremely disappointing & horrible.I have not received
any positive response.I have also a service contract from your ahd. branch on 8th dec 2010.

Western Microwave Oven — Products are not given
Hi,We had purchased a western microwave oven on 2009 from a bhubaneswar dealer.We didn't used that microwave oven upto 2011.When we opened the oven on july 2011, we found that the Glass Tray in which all the utensils should be moving is missing.Now the main probelm is that the dealer has no idea about the western supplier.
No body in cuttack or bhubaneswar have any idea about the western supplier.
The question is that whether the western is exist now.Could anyone help me in purchasing the Glass tray.

Godrej — Micro Wave
I have purchased a Micro Wave on 24th Dec 2008.On 15th of Feb I got a problem on that Micro Wave and that was not working.I have called the call centre and booked a complaint( order No: 589969). I have visited my room on 17th Feb 09 and taken the MicroWave on 20th Feb 09 for repairing.they told me that they will back that on or before 3 days.But After 7 days I called them and They told me that they wil back it that day..Now After a long waiting today on 17th March09 I called them and they told me that the repairing is still not done.
I have purchased that to use it not to keep that in Workshop.
My concern is : They have given me 12 month Warrenty and among which they already kept that in their workshop for 1month and still I dont know when they will return it back .
Are they going to give me additional Warrentry period for this?
Are they going to replace my Micro Wave?

Godrej have been cheating the public by palming off chinese products as their own. I am also a victim of their scam and have lost a lot of money and peace of mine by buying their products on their assurance of TRUST AND HONEST!!! They are no different from the rest. Why was it that they did not advertise that their products are of CHINESE origin in the first place??? If we had known the ORIGIN of their products we would not have bought it in the first place.

My current service call no is 281891 dated 12.06.2010.They chitting their customer by only giving service call no. One of my service call no 275362 dated 01.06.2010 has been closed without giving service. I never suggest anybody to buy Godrej product. Kindly do the needful.

Goorej Microwave Oven — Very poor Customer Service
I had purchased a new microwave oven from the Hi-tex exhibition in Hyderabad. I was told that the product will be delivered next day. But i had to wait 7 days to get my prodcut. After getting the product, it took another 7 days for the demo person to come and give the demo. when the company person came to give demo he noticed that the pcb was broken during transporation (selaed), he took another week to get it done repaired as the comapny had no stock. 15 days back the glass of the door of the oven got cracked. i called the customer to help in this regard.The girl Miss Swapna at customer care told me that the glass is not covered under warranty and i had to pay for the replacement. even thought its only 2 months i took the oven. even after aggreing to pay the the charges, they are not sending their techinician. I called the hyderabad goorej customer care unit 100 times only to get answer that their technicain is coming. Every time when they say the their technichian is coming , i have to leave all my work and wait for the techinican. I even spoke the the sevicing manager, he also gave the same commitment. Till yet my oven is not repaired, i am unable to understand y the company keep such usless people. i request to please help me in this regard and let me know the procedure to take action against the company and its servicing centre.Godrej /Microwave Oven — Poor Customer service
I bought Godrej microwave oven from vasanth & co, Chennai, Tambaram during Pongal. Godrej service personnel came to my residence after a week and while plugging the oven holder to switch board, broke two 15Amps holder when he forcefully tried to plug the oven holder. I am surprised that he doesn't know even the fundamental concept that within 15Amps there will be a plastic which avoids bugs to sneak inside. He could not offer a proper demo and inturn complained to my age-old mom that the holder got melt and could not complete the demo.I escalated to vasanth & co several times only to wait indefinitely without any response. Atlast after chasing several times, i got godrej service manager (Prasanth) chennai and his poor attitude of handling a customer made me felt that i should henceforth never opt a godrej product.
Hope atleast after such escalations from consumer, godrej streamlines its strategy of servicing customers.

NO DEMO - NO SERVICE MANUAL - POOR RESPONSE FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

i have purchased godrej microwave oven 30e 09 mrgx at spensars( hyper ) - vijayawada on 22.02.2010. i have specifically asked while purchasing the same at spensars staff whether demo and service is available at our place. they have guaranteed me both demo and service is available any where in india. in good faith i have purchased and brought home. we found at home that service manual in the box is different from our model i.e ours is manual and they have given me the digital one. immediately i have informed the same to spensars persons they assured me within two days. but so far i have not received the manual and no service person has attended to give demo. even after two months i am keeping it idle because i have been chetaed by both spensars and godrej company. even godrej service center person is also told me when i called several times that demo can not be given as no person is employed like that,
even now i request any of them should respond.TO DAY DATE IS 29.04.2010

calous attitude towards customer
Dear Sir/Madam
I was given an compalint nu 235106 by your call centre for attending to my defective Micowave Oven. The calous attitude began from there itself. The person attending to the call was not to note down our new residentail address and special request was made to the person to check with us before reaching our residence as all of are working people. Anyhow after repeated reminder one engineer came and checked and promised to replace certain parts, unfortunately the parts were not available he did not even bother to inform us about its non availability, probably it is the duty of the customer to check with Gordrej agencies ! such is yoru wonderful service. I had specifically requested to engineer (that is what he calls himself probably is a mechanic/technician attending to problem to call me before coming to attend to my complaint. He landed on this Saturday that is 3rd October around 3pm when ony my 85 year mother in law who cannot understand hindi was at home my neighbour was called in the technician informed him that he would come again at 5 PM however onceagain there was no message from the person as to whether he would be attending to my compalint that day or not. Today having waited till 2.15 PM for him to come i called up your Laxmi Nage office at telephone No. 42418891 where is again i got a very vague reply from one of the lady attending to the call Quote" Madam aaj engineer 3 baja ke bad agaya. " what does that mean that we need to keep waiting for the so called engineer till he turns up . Why dont people understand the value of time. I am working women I need to go back to attend to my work i have waited since morning for him to turn him. The person incharge of the service Section is equally vague with no reply to my question as to how long do i need to wait from 3 pm . He says quote "aaj da din wait karlejia. WILL somebody from godrej service centre wake up and let me know is this how the customers are dealt with is only selling a product is the only motive what about after sales service, GOD SAVE ALSO THOSE LIKE ME WHO CHOOSE TO BUY INDIAN PRODUCTS. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD BUY A GODREJ ITEM AND WOULD ALSO INFORM MY FRIENDS ABOUT THE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND DISCOURAGE THEM FROM BUYING ANY OF YOUR PRODUCT . THEY EVEN LACK BASIC COURTESY OF CHECKING WITH THE CUSTOMER THEIR CONVEIENCE TO ATTEND TO THE COMPLAINT. JAI HO MERE DESH MAHAN.

I was given an compalint nu 235106 by your call centre for attending to my defective Micowave Oven. The calous attitude began from there itself. The person attending to the call was not to note down our new residentail address and special request was made to the person to check with us before reaching our residence as all of are working people. Anyhow after repeated reminder one engineer came and checked and promised to replace certain parts, unfortunately the parts were not available he did not even bother to inform us about its non availability, probably it is the duty of the customer to check with Gordrej agencies ! such is yoru wonderful service. I had specifically requested to engineer (that is what he calls himself probably is a mechanic/technician attending to problem to call me before coming to attend to my complaint. He landed on this Saturday that is 3rd October around 3pm when ony my 85 year mother in law who cannot understand hindi was at home my neighbour was called in the technician informed him that he would come again at 5 PM however onceagain there was no message from the person as to whether he would be attending to my compalint that day or not. Today having waited till 2.15 PM for him to come i called up your Laxmi Nage office at telephone No. 42418891 where is again i got a very vague reply from one of the lady attending to the call Quote" Madam aaj engineer 3 baja ke bad agaya. " what does that mean that we need to keep waiting for the so called engineer till he turns up . Why dont people understand the value of time. I am working women I need to go back to attend to my work i have waited since morning for him to turn him. The person incharge of the service Section is equally vague with no reply to my question as to how long do i need to wait from 3 pm . He says quote "aaj da din wait karlejia. WILL somebody from godrej service centre wake up and let me know is this how the customers are dealt with is only selling a product is the only motive what about after sales service, GOD SAVE ALSO THOSE LIKE ME WHO CHOOSE TO BUY INDIAN PRODUCTS. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD BUY A GODREJ ITEM AND WOULD ALSO INFORM MY FRIENDS ABOUT THE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND DISCOURAGE THEM FROM BUYING ANY OF YOUR PRODUCT . THEY EVEN LACK BASIC COURTESY OF CHECKING WITH THE CUSTOMER THEIR CONVEIENCE TO ATTEND TO THE COMPLAINT. JAI HO MERE DESH MAHAN.
