Godrej Natures Basket — Points for redeeming

I've been shopping with godrej natures basket, hrbr lyt, bangalore last 2 years. On 07.06.17 i got a sms on my mob [protected] that i have 5478 pts worth rs. 1369/- and to redeem it. I had made a purchase from the same outlet first week of june 17 and sales lady asked me to redeem the points accumulated. I accepted. But for some strange reason she said system failure, and debited the amount from my debit card.

Today, i went to make some purchase and wanted to redeem my points. To my surprise, the staff said i have only about rs.120/- worth of points. I showed them the sms i received on mky mobiloe and made a written complaint in the register. Something seems to be terribly wrong! Kindly reconcile.
