[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — Delay in Hand Over

Hi,
I had booked flat in Godrej Emerald in April 21 and i was told by sales person that possession of flat will be given in the month of October, based on verbal committment and looking Godrej brand i booked flat in Godrej Emerald. I had cleared my dues timely, after October it was assured to me that before March 22 i will get my flat, due to lockdown it was delayed, i thought ok i will get in March, again in March it was assured that i will get possession in the month of June, again delayed, now lastly it was informed that i will get handover in start of Septmeber but all in vain, i was expecting to move on Dusshera but its now a dream. I am really really disappointed the way Godrej team has given assurance to me, for us Godrej is not only a name its a legacy and one of the brand which rules india, but if i get such false promises from Godrej brand imagine what customer like me will feel. I am paying interest to bank on the disbursed loan, i am paying my monthly rent, all is burden on me, i booked this property only becasue of the committment that i will get in six months, toafy i am feeling completely cheated by such big brand which was not expected from brand like Godrej. I could have understood if it would have been local developer, but Godrej...sorry to say all image is vanished. Since childhood we keep listening Godrej name and we booked flat keeping trust on Godrej, but today i am feeling like being cheated. I am completely exhausted hence i am being forced to write all this, i could have taken social media platform also but i dont want to write anything bad for such big brand in publicy, i hope my plea will be taken seriously and some action will be seen and i will get possession to my flat at earliest.

Hi,

We are also facing issues with Godrej Properties representative at Godrej Emerald. We were given commitment of final demand letter multiple times and every time there is no response and they give a new date. Please do not book in under construction property of Godrej Emerald.
