Godrej Properties — Fraud by Godrej Properties - Rivergreen - Manjri

My name is Karan Kaushik. I had booked 2BHK flat on 12th Mar, 22 for Rs. 58.25 lac from Godrej properties website (https://www.godrejproperties.com/) and paid Rs. 2.76 Lac on the link provided on the website by Mr Ketan . I have the receipts as well.

Later, after confirmation and getting all the details of the unit on the Godrej properties APP as well, and on 15th Mar, I was asked to pay another Rs. 2.76 Lac to site team (Mr. Ketan).Post payment of this amount I kept on following up them for Registration process but I did not get positive responses.

To my utter surprise and shock, in the F2F meeting dated 29th Mar, 22, Mr. Ranjan Sengupta (Site head) told me that it has been 15 days since you had made the booking and now the prices have been increased. I was asked to pay the difference amount in order to proceed for Registration process or else my deal would be cancelled.

In addition to my ordeal After 20-25 days of countless E mails to Godrej and their senior most management team (Mr, Mohit Malhotra-MD/CEO and Mr. Amandeep Singh- Head Sales East & West region), I still have not receive any SINGLE written reply.

This is a serious case of indulging in Unfair Trade practices / Malpractices and Fraudulent activities by Godrej Properties and its employees.
