[Resolved] Godrej Properties — Garden City Allotment DelayAhmedabad | |||
I booked a flat in Godrej Garden City - Eden Q, in Ahmadabad, Its possession was promised in 2014. I have stopped hearing form them since mid 2014. I raised so many queries but I do not get response. I have raised queries via GP portal but later I find queries in closed status with comment that information has been provided to the customer. Inspite of repeated reminders, still I have no clue on when my flat would be handed over. Was this information helpful? | |||

Which mentioned of giving possession on 28/2/2015 . Today we are talking on 11/10/2016 and there is no clue when are we going to get possession .
Several different schedules were given verbally on phone of July-15 to Oct-15 to Feb-16 to Aug-16 and as of today no confirmation . There is a threat in. I tract of 18% interest if payment is delayed .
We keep getting reminders from the time we get intimation but nobody talks about possession . All junior staff will come on line and will remain non. Committal as they have no clue . Senior management staff do not come on line . We. Looked flat on Godrej and [protected]@T name but got absolutely disappointed and such result is not expected from a reputed group like Godrej .
Do not they have to give 18 % for the period of delayed possession as we have made almost 90 % payment .
