[Resolved] Godrej Properties — godrej aqua gst rates at 18% | |||
Promises were made while booking that the gst charges would be levied for the godrej aqua property at 5% Now they have come up with an unreasonable breakup. The gst is charged 12% for basic price, plc and floor rise charge and other charges such as club house and advance maintenance are charged at 18%. For the ease of calculation, 18% tax is calculated on 2/3rd of basic price, plc & floor rise which is same as 12% tax. Was this information helpful? | |||
