I am a flat owner at godrej property electronic city tower l 4 12. Last few days i had been contacting your office for a registration date and there is nobody in the customer care to attend the calls. The operator will just put on hold and nobody will answer the calls even after the holding for 15 minutes. Informed the operator many times then also no response. This is very ridicules and pathetic service from godrej properties. Godrej properties should have a proper customer care centre for bangalore with staff who can handle customers. Not getting proper response from Sadhana from Godrej properties ecity project Bangalore R107. She is not clarifying the queries that I may have regarding the property cost sheet and also not providing the documents required for initiating the legal process for bank loan. This is a flat transfer. Please assign a dedicated resource to work with me on getting the transfer completed.
