Godrej Properties — godrej forest grove, mamurdi - careless on refund process

My name is Dipesh gupta, I was on the lookout for a 2/3 bhk flat and come across GODREJ FOREST GROVE, Mamurdi.
I had a multiple discussion and finally concluded not to go with this property. I would like to say from my experience please don't pay any advance to sales person or CP. They are very irresponsible and not professional to handle you hard earn money.

They ask me to do multiple payment and now i am chasing sales person and other CP who approach me for booking. I would like to highlight below points before going to any godraj properties.

1) Check how educated sales person and understand refund policy in very detail before making any payment.
2) Please prefer not to pay any amount until they disclose complete details. They keep saying please buy token and then they will provide further details. Don't listen to them it's a scam and trust me you need to suffer a lot to get refund even you need to prepare yourself for legal action.
3) CP partner only play a role until they get a token amount. So, once you paid token you need to chase them to get further information and refund. Don't go with them just collect information and let them go.
4) They keep saying we will open inventory in organised public event. Its fake. for my case they have open 1 day before and said sir you have full inventory just pay this amount and book your dream home. I must say they can open inventory to anyone who is paying them. there is no such policy and ethics as they pretend.

Coming to my case, At different events i paid 3 lacks to book a apartment in GODREJ FOREST GROVE and had discussion with multiple people like Yogesh Bhandari, Abhishek(CP partner), Shivam(another CP representative) and some more guys they are convincing me to buy apartment in GODREJ FOREST GROVE, Mamurdi. First they are chasing me to buy apartment and now when i have to No interest to buy with them. they are not helping me to get refund and even not responding to my mails and calls. This is what they do if you have paid a token and if you have to cancel booking because of some reason. i am not sure either i will get a refund or not but i have learned from this is whoever they are and however big they are either it is a godrej or some other big brand, they all are same when it is come to sale and have no moral and ethics. Specially, people i am mentioned.

Please suggest. what to do now? If anyone else also suffering please contact we will make a group to fight against this.
