Hello Your customer service head has been extremely rude and you are not Bothered, very sorry to tell you that you reply is very unclear and You are trying to defend her. Ms. Smriti gupta from prana, has been very rude and is accusing customers for Everything. It is a very very poor experience talking to her. She has Made us feel how badly you treat customers once they have purchased The flat @ godrej. I would need an apology from her for her misbehavior. Most of the points not answered clearly, it is poor experience to Repeat myself again and again. 1. Please arrange for a call back from the legal team. 2. Why our names as customers included in the litigation. I have sent numerous emails and you do not seem to be taking anything Serious other then defending ms. Smriti gupta.
