[Resolved] Godrej Properties — L1 203 at Godrej Eternity - Delay in possession even after paying all invoiced amount | |||
Unit was booked 4 years back. All the payments were made by 2 nd Dec 2020 as per project progress and invoices raised. The issuance of NOC for continuing with Possession and registration is getting delayed without any convincing response. There is lack of synergy in the team, back end officials from Finance/accounts doesn't support the front end teams in meeting customer requirements. Overall experience with Godrej us very bad being, non co operative, non transparent, etc. Was this information helpful? | |||
