Godrej Properties — poor construction quality and support by godrej team

Hi,
I owned flat in godrej infinity, keshav nagar pune. When i took possession, i found lots of small, small quality issues which are not expected from brand like godrej, door was broken, stoppers were not working, not proper slope in washroom area, doors were not closing properly, tiles were cracked or broken, damaged windows and so on...
I never faced such small issues with other builder when i bought my earlier flat.
When i reported all the issues to relationship manager, he is not at all concern to reply back. Only i am taking follow up all the time, i haven't seen such a worst coordination and customer satisfaction before. There is not all proper reply from rm or any other team member.
I was planning to by another flat in godrej but sorry with this worst experience, i won't get connected with godrej again.
Even i will inform my friends not to go for godrej.
I hope at least some action will be taken against this dissatisfaction
