Godrej Properties — Poor Services and high maintenance charges

Dear Sir,

We have recently bought the property at Godrej 101 at sector-79. Initially, being a first-time buyer everything was found lucrative and better than other projects.

Now, I found the following discrepancies in their commitments and quality services.
1- As per RERA the project deadline was Feb 2021 but the construction of three Towers has yet to start.
2- Developer, strategically delayed construction of a few towers only to keep maintenance in their pocket and may delay the transfer of property to RWA maintained by apartment owners.
3- There is a Revenue road passing in between the project and compromising the security concerns. There is no effective security at that point.
4- Club activities have not been properly maintained and what is maintained are not open for present residents.
5- The behavior of some on-site staff/officers is not decent like the name and fame of company.
