Godrej Properties — Referral discount of 1% has not been given to me

Hi Team,

I booked flat GDPRP301 in park retreat, banglore after my friend referal.But these sales people changed my mobile number and so that they need not to give me referal benifits of 1%. They just cheating us for their own benifits. I told these things to my crm but they are not doing anything.we are not aware of escalation matrix of neither sales person nor the crm.These peoples just playing with us.very pathetic experience.
