I had booked flat in Godrej Emerald in April 21 and i was told by sales person that possession of flat will be given in the month of October, based on verbal committment and looking Godrej brand i booked flat in Godrej Emerald. I was having an issue with the utility door. I tried to reach out to the relationship manager and she is saying management said " they can't do anything'. I couldn't even use the sq. ft. area which I'm paying. Below are mail communications regarding the same. Not sure how can I resolve this issue.

Hi, I'm receiving too much unknown calls everyday from Godrej Properties. I have already informed and updated the SPOC that I have already booked the house from. Different vendor. Still getting calls. This is not a professional behaviour to call everyday from unknown numbers. Please if in future i recieve a call i might have to register a complain in Godrej cosumer complaints. Now a days I am getti g frequent calls from Godrej properties marketing team which are unwanted and very irritating..within a day they call 3-4 times even after I asked them to remove my name from their database..they keep me calling which made me feel of harassment..now its beyond by endurance and i can handle this harassment..need some solution asap...

We have recently bought the property at Godrej 101 at sector-79. Initially, being a first-time buyer everything was found lucrative and better than other projects.

Now, I found the following discrepancies in their commitments and quality services.
1- As per RERA the project deadline was Feb 2021 but the construction of three Towers has yet to start.

Till date they have not indicated date of possession and at the same time selling remaining flats to new customer at a lower rate in open market .
The quality of construction is also very poor.
I have written them letter in past for an amicable discussion but they did not turn up.

I am residing in S1 407. In last three days water supply has been disrupted twice. Even today there is no water supply in S1.
Kindly confirm of this is an structural issue or a one off case.
I have recently shifted as tenant into the society and want to be aware of the exact permissions from MCD regarding the water supply.
Also the intercom cabling has not been done. Is there any near term plan of doing the same?...

We had paid refundable token online at the behest of a Godrej Properties RM who throughout communicated for the booking from Godrej Property email ID. The actual % stake of Godrej Properties in the Project was kept undocumented and obscured. The documentation with UP RERA on its site for this project also seems to be fraudulent. We did not opt for a booking and wanted our refund. That is stuck with them. We want immediate refund with interest...

It's been a nightmare for me booking a flat in Godrej Green Pune . I had a booked a flat in Godrej Greens in 2020 May under the 10: 90 offer. I paid 3, 89, 604.00 for the Unit B4204.
