Godrej Properties — Refund for cancellation of booking

It's been a nightmare for me booking a flat in Godrej Green Pune . I had a booked a flat in Godrej Greens in 2020 May under the 10: 90 offer. I paid 3, 89, 604.00 for the Unit B4204. At the time of the booking the CRM was extremely efficient in regularly asking for the payments. on 26 September due to Covid 19 situation I requested for the cancellation of the booking they Informed me
1. I either have to see a client for that unit to get the payments

2 Or if I do not proceed with the buying Godrej is authorized to keep the complete amount.

I have been chasing almost eight to ten godrej officials and no seem to be bothered or following up. All extremely rude and ignorant. They all inform we have been working with Godrej only since last year hence do not know much. A very inexperienced, inefficient and incapable staff and no one willing to help.

I am so mentally stressed with the chasing for my refund. I hope my complaint is heard here. I am not a marketing person and cannot search a client.
