Address: 263,8TH BLOCK ,3RD MAIN ROAD,KORMANGALA

I have booked flat in Godrej woodland plot no 36 on 27th March 2021 by paying Rs. 1, 000, 00 as token amount. Cancelled the booking 28th March 2021. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.

Due to family reasons cancelled the booking.

when I contacted Godrej woodland properties to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (1 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.

Please assist to get refund of booking amount.

    Hello,

    During the last week of February, I had shown interest in the Godrej Riverhills Project near Mahalunge Village in Pune, Maharashtra. For this, I had paid an amount of Rs. 50, 000 via credit card as token amount. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my plan of booking and I raised a refund request with the sales manager assigned to me. The refund was requested on 1st March. Today is 26th but there is no update on the refund.

    Moreover, I'm getting calls to go ahead and book a flat in the said project. Whenever I enquire about the refund, I'm told they will process it in 15 days. It's been 26 days now and nothing has happened. Follow up on emails, calls and messages are not replied to. My token number was W90.

    The terms & conditions clearly mention that the refund shall be processed within 14 days from cancellation date. Clearly, they don't follow their own T&Cs.

    This inquiry is regarding refund of the token amount. So there are no 'flat details'. No booking was done.

      I called godrej properties 18 months back, just to enquire a property, however this mental people have been calling eversince .
      almost 100+ calls. not sure what do to stop this clowns from calling.

        I have sent a cheque for Rs. 100, 000-00 (Rupees One Lakh only) by courier and the delivery notification of the same indicating that the same was delivered to their office on 20th of March 2021 was sent to my relationship manager on the same day. The letter received from the bank indicating that the cheque has been encashed has also been forwarded to her. However, I have not yet received an acknowledgement or a receipt from her so far.

          I have visited your site at godrej 7 joka kolkata through marketing agent debabarat roy but some how deal not materialized but after that your marketing team give demeaning whatsapp msg to my sister number on her name we intended to buy the property .
          We formally complained about that but no action have taken even after that we talked to the agent but he still talking in very uncivilized way even to female customers that will bring disrepute to your company and hesitate your customer to even consider any such project

            Worst customer service ever.
            I requested cancelation of my Allotment towards flat 1203 at Godrej Boulevard Pune as my Sales rep messed up stamp duty registration process and it didn't went through.

            Now Sales rep told me I will get no refund of my paid 500000 amount, there is no such mention on my agreement. There is no real customer service tried writing multiple emails but no luck.

              Refund for cancellation of booking

              It's been a nightmare for me booking a flat in Godrej Green Pune . I had a booked a flat in Godrej Greens in 2020 May under the 10: 90 offer. I paid 3, 89, 604.00 for the Unit B4204. At the time of the booking the CRM was extremely efficient in regularly asking for the payments. on 26 September due to Covid 19 situation I requested for the cancellation of the booking they Informed me

              We have purchased flat at Godrej Green Cove, Pune through DREhomes where we have been promised for lucrative discount and gifts. After booking the property and paying 10% of the amount, now DREhomes made a u turn to give back that discounted amount and not giving proper response to our query. Because of such behavior of DREhomes, reputation of Godrej Properties coming down. Furthermore we have requested to cancel the booking property.

                Respected Godrej Team,

                Recently, I have purchased a flat in Godrej Central Towers, Shell Colony, Chembur, Mumbai - 400071.
                Flat no. : A-1502.
                I got the possession of the flat on 17/01/2021 from Godrej Properties.
                After that I arranged to carry out the internal work of the flat such as Kitchen trolleys, False Ceiling, Electrical fixtures etc., but the concern society does not allow me to carry out the internal work in my flat until Godrej Properties does not clear the unpaid outstanding dues ( Maint. Charges and Property tax) of the flat for the period before it was sold to me . This fact was untold to me from Godrej Properties till the deal was done . Now from the last more than 45 day's I am corresponding with the Godrej Team located in Shell Colony to get the payments done and solve my problem .but till date the issue is as it is .
                I am very disappointed due to this, being not my fault and after paying all the cost, I am not able to use my flat for more than one and a half months period . Also I would like to mention that, I am currently staying in a rented house and I had to vacate it as early as possible . ( After taking the possession I had promised my landlord that I will vacate the house in March 2021) .But unfortunately this was not possible due to the negligence of Godrej Properties team .
                I feel very sorry to write this Complaint, and hope that atleast now my complaint will be taken seriously by Godrej Properties team .
                Also I would like to have a clarification from Godrej Properties team that who will pay the Maint. Charges for the above period as it is not my fault .

                  I visited Godrej Garden City office On 27 Feb 2021, For the upcoming 1BHK Vanaangan Project Ahmedabad, with my dad, we understood 1 BHK and 2BHK projects and told the sales person that we require 1 day of time to think and if we want to purchase we will submit the cheque in day.(so far sales person is nice and polite)

                  On 28 Feb 2021, my Dad got a call from her, Dad informed her that we are more inclined to 2 Bhk now, so we may not go with 1 BHK, my dad told our Budget as well then she insulted my dad saying, if that is the case please Buy for me as well and disconnected the call.

                  Is this how people behave in Godrej?, as long as we are buying from you we are good, the moment you see that we are looking for other option you Insult.

                  I want to ask what kind of behavior is this, being a sales person you are not representing yourself you are representing Godrej, if you go on insulting people Like this, why anyone want to come to your office and even want to purchase with you, and what wrong did my dad said?(He is an old guy, he doesn't understand things much), this is how you behave with senior citizen???

                  At least have some respect for old People.

                  As a proof I can submit the call she did to my dad, her name and the msg we did to her, we don't have call recording.

                  Only because of her behavior, I may not come to Godrej Office next time, and may be it won't even effect you, but your people carries Your Impression.

                  As a resolution- I request you guys to take action on the lady of her insulting behavior, she should call my dad and say sorry.

                    Godrej properties has started marketing and taking booking in pre launch for Vanaagan at Godrej garden Ahemdabad.

                    Basis my discussion with ur company executive mr Avinash, I was offered 1 bhk flat at Rs25.02 all inclusive (including levies, registration, maintenance deposit and others).

                    Basis the offer, I and my mother booked flat 901 and 902 at price of Rs25.02 lacs for each flat. The deal was done over phone in conference call where one o[censored]r selling agent Mr jay Prakash was also present on the call. The company executive mr Avinash confirmed the deal at the above price after checking with his superior mr mukesh and we were given token no 14 by sms of the company. The deal was confirmed at 7.14 pm.

                    After sending KYC documents and a copy of cheque for my mother, I receive a call from mr Avinash around 9.30 pm that he has made a mistake and the price is Rs26.27lacs for each flat. His superior have also asked him to convey the same to me.

                    He tried to convince me to agree to the price of 26.27 as a very good price, which I was not agreeable to pay and have offered to cancel the deal as it’s not at agreed price.

                    This is a clear cut case of mis-selling and going back on ur commitment.

                    My request, please stop mis-selling. if its the mistake on part of the company employee, let the company absorb the loss of it.

                      Hi Team

                      I had expressed my interest in Godrej Nest project in Kandivali Lokhandwala by paying Rs.1, 00, 000/- as token through debit card on 31st Jan 2021. After getting the attached acknowledgement they asked me to sign the application form, to which I requested them to give me a days time to go through the details of the form as it was 20 pager form with complicated and legal language. But they convinced me to sign by saying it's just a mere formalities form, to which I asked them of term & condition mentioned in the form, to which they said there are no terms and conditions as it's jus an application form. Next day when I called th for cancellation for my application due to unavailability to arrange the financial and other financial obligations, they refused to take my request and said the token is not refundable as per the application signed by me states the same. I feel cheated by their sale team and there no proper response to my several mails and

                      I would like to thank Godrej and Virendra from Customer Service team...They have proven that they still hold their values and costomer satisfaction is their top priority...After raising the issue... Virendra from Godrej followed with us and patiently listen to our grievance and took needed step to resolve...he has been genuinely responding to call and had been updating us with process and time taken for refund. Finally today we got our 100% refund from Godrej. My sincerest thank to Godrej team and vinrendra.

                        Unit was booked 4 years back. All the payments were made by 2 nd Dec 2020 as per project progress and invoices raised. The issuance of NOC for continuing with Possession and registration is getting delayed without any convincing response.

                        There is lack of synergy in the team, back end officials from Finance/accounts doesn't support the front end teams in meeting customer requirements. Overall experience with Godrej us very bad being, non co operative, non transparent, etc.

                          It is intimated that I have made complete payment as desired and also in the time line given by GPL.
                          I have asked some basic information from RM Praful Jaware vide my mail dated 02 Feb 2021.On receipt of the same, possession of the flat can be done.It is also intimated that what ever you convey over can not be taken on record and also can not be believed based on past records and experience.
                          Please provide me the information para wise to my mail dated 02 Feb 2021. It is also intimated that my booking is quite before the excavation, still I am waiting for the same. It is clearly showing the performance of your team.
                          It seems that none the of the GPL management reps are sensitive to their customers. GPL is so hopeless firm that no body should believe on their assurance and promises made. Please provide me the informations, asked on priority, so that possession can be taken.

                            I found 3 cracks before I could move in. There is no proper assurance with Crack Test report,
                            I cannot accept the repair done on the crack in the ceiling of my living room.

                            Also there are cracks in the terrace.

                            So poor quality, I just cannot accept.

                                I have given a token amount of Rs: 50, 000 on 4th January, 2021 to book a 2BHK apartment at 'Godrej Green Cove' in Mahalunge, Pune.
                                The booking amount was transferred via NEFT, Union Bank of India .
                                However I have requested for cancellation on 28th January, 2020.

                                Dear sir.
                                I am second property buyer in Godrej family
                                This is to inform you that I had paid SDR amount of my godrej nirvaan booking on 1st of December2020.
                                I was expecting acknowledgement mail, updates regarding token generation or getting acceptance letter for Nirvaan but nothing was informed to me till 28th december. On 29th December My CRM arvind called me and said you paid in the wrong account that is in Godrej boulevard account.
                                It was my mistake that I paid both SDR(BOULEVARD AND NIRVAAN) Amount in boulevard account. I was informed after 29 days when the time period of SDR discount was about to over. He asked me to pay amount immediately which was not possible for me.
                                If CRM would have took follow-up regarding SDR process, acceptance and token generation then I would have realized the mistake and I could have asked for refund and paid into the right account.
                                There was no communication from CRM Arvind for the entire december month and when the discount period was about to over he is informing me that you have paid in wrong account and pay immediately otherwise the discount will not be applicable from jan 2021.

                                Kindly refund my entire NIRVAAN SDR amount paid in boulevard account and adjust it for NIRVAAN SDR payment.
                                I am not going to pay the extra charge applicable from this year.
