Godrej Properties — Refund for Cancelled Apartment Booking

I have made 1 lakh booking amount for 3BHK apartment in Godrej Ananda project in Bangalore with a promise by Godrej agent that they will refund the amount if i dont like the model flat when i physically visit the site. I went through online demo earlier and didnt visit physically.

After i visited, i didnt like the property as the living was super small and requested to cancel it on June 21st, 2021. It is almost 60 days now, they are tailing and no one responds to emails, or calls and i am still waiting for refund from Godrej.

I didnt expect this behavior from Godrej given the brand trust people has on the company. I do not know how to proceed as they dont have grievance number or email or escalation contact to reachout to get my amount 1 Lakh.
