[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — refund on cancellation of flat allotment - mohan dubey - godrej green cove - rera no - p[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid an advance amount of INR 50K for allotment of 2 bhk at Godrej Green Cove - Rera No - P[protected] project. I paid this amount vide SBI Cheque No. 389420 dated 10/11/2020.

I have requested to cancel the allotment and refund token amount. This request was made on 16th Nov 2020. As per terms, Godrej should return money within 15 days but I have not got till now.
