Godrej Refrigerator — Poor service and defective refrigerator | |||
We purchased a Godrej Refrigerator with model RT EON 231CT4.2 Slvr St on 28.01.2014. Till now i.e. within 2 months we have lodged 4 complaint to the toll free number at [protected]. There are so many defects we already found in that refrigerator like water leakage, suddenly connection of, stop working etc. Previously we were using Whirlpool for last 10 years which we replace against this Godrej one for rs 800/- only.We have lodged complaint so many times but they have sent their service man only once.We requested them to change this model but they are not agreed.Please advise any body what to do?
