Goibibo.com — Non-processing of refund on cancellation of Air ticket

A ticket was booked from goibibo from Delhi to Detriot two way bearing booking id GOFLINTAKDF43207057 PNR no. GWYPKY. After availing one way journey I cancelled the ticket for the segment from Detriot to Delhi from the Delta Airlines from account of Diparna Adhikary, mail id d.[protected]@gmail.com, m.no. +91 [protected]. I file refund request in goibibo site on manage my account on 01.06.2026. But till date no rrefund has been processed. The booked ticket was refundable but no refund has been processed till date.
