Goibibo — Flight got canceled but no amount refunded | |
Hi Team, It would be 1 year since the booking of the flight that was done for March 25, 2020. Flight got canceled due to COVID-19 but my money has not been refunded yet. There is no helpline number of goibibo, just they keep on increasing date of resolution. My money was supposed to get refund on May, 2020 then extended to Aug 2020 then Dec 2020 & now again extended to April 2021. Please, help with these. Was this information helpful? | |
