Goibibo — Non refund of booking amount

While the airline has made a refund to MMT on 9/12/2025, the same has not been credited to my credit card account so far.

Whenever I contacted Customer care, it sent a link. On filling the link it said the refund WILL BE MADE SHORTLY

There is no message, no mail, no phone to confirm the refund
