[Resolved]  Goibibo — wrong charges recover for canceled flight under covid-19 threaten & lockdown

Greetings of the day.

I need your intervention urgently.
For last two months i have been trying all ways and means to reach a person in goibibo to help me get a credit shell or refund of my paid air tickets booked thru goibibo.
I had written so many emails to customer service, but nothing worked out.
I have booked round trips tickets for 4 persons from chandigarh to goa.

I booked these flights tickets for my sister as a gift tour from my side & booked through my axis credit card.

Both the tickets have got cancelled due to covid-19 and there is no information on giving the credit or refund.

The indigo website is so horrible it does not allow you to navigate. There is not a single person who is viewing customer issues at goibibo.

Pl understand i am jobless for more than two months and its with pain that i am writing this mail to you.
I hope someone will call me and help me out of this mess. I have been your customer for more than 8 years if i am not wrong.

Request my issue before coming monday otherwise now i dont have the option to knock the consumer forum door.
