GoIndigo — legal notice for my flight pnr : whdf9p and pnr: ff7pk | |||||
Hello Team, This is Apurba Ghosh and I have 2 PNR with Indigo from Goibibo. First PNR is WHDF9P, Journey date was: 30th May 2020 from CCU to IXZ, thats already cancelled from their end automatically and credit shell enabled on the same. That suppose to be FULL REFUND at my original payment source(Credi card/Bank). That's not accepted. And also problem is with another PNR : FF7PK, Journey date was: 5th June 2020 from IXZ to CCU, You can see that as they cancelled 30th May 2020 Journey from CCU to IXZ so how we will use return journey? It's a common sence So you should automatically cancel the PNR: FF7PK and get REFUND to me. But they are not taking this seriously. NOTE: If Goindigo unable to do that then I need to take CONSUMER LEGAL action on the same. As you have automatically cancelled the PNR WHDF9P(Dated. 30th May 2020), but still not received REFUND on the same. You suppose to REFUND as the flight has been cancelled from your end but you have enabled Credit Shell, WHY I WILL ACCEPT THE SAME?
