GoIndigo — Poor customer service and misguided | |||||
Hi I have booked my ticket for Hyderabad from Kolkata NSCB airport by Indigo 6E-194 flight, PNR no-VC8QTW and Booking Id-NF[protected], date of Journey- 16.10.2016 Yesterday (16.10.2016) I have checked in 55 minutes prior to the flight departure time so I directly visit your fast check in counter but indigo customer care executives has refrained me to issue boarding pass n tried to convince me to travel next day by paying huge extra amount. This is the first time ever i experienced such type of behaviour by Indigo staffs. As far as checked in concerned usually when I was late by few minutes they used to call and I remembered even I got my boarding pass 30 minutes prior to flight departure time. But why today they showed inappropriate customer service. How could the gate closed on 5:10 pm for 6:40 pm flight? It may be I was misguided by your customer care executives who was on duty on fast check-in counter as well as executives who were in charge of issuing boarding pass. Is this due to inundate customers travelling from kolkata on festive season? Are they sold my tickets on premium rate to other by closing gate on time due to increased no of demands ? Can I get my amount refunded as i was victim o[censored]r bad customer service? Could u please suggest me what will be the solution for this i[censored] are not refunding the amount. I had tried to book ticket for Flight No 6E 493, Journey date 09.12.2016 from Ranchi to Patna on 07 Oct 2016 through IRCTC site. The tkt was not booked due to reasons not known to me but the amount of Rs 1109/-was debited from my account.
