Golden Forest India Limited — refund data mismatch | |
Dear sir/madam, Would like to solve the issue regarding filling of claim form details in the start section. I am rattan singh yadav (Depositor), holding a account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil limited) bearing the account no: 01/9/lsd122636, amt invested rs 10000/- vide receipt no. 96/51557 dated 13/10/1996. After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes... I was facing an issue while submitting the GFIL claim form in the starting section, entered the proper details as mentioned in the Bond, but getting error message in Pop up box like,
Name/Amount/Receipt Number Mismatch - Please check and enter correctly.
Provided details in the claim form:
Account Number: LCCXXXXXXXX/XXXXX
Receipt Number: 99/799XX
Amount: 20000
And tried the Receipt number with L/99/799XX, even though facing the same issue..,
Please post your comments on resolving this issue.

Hi, this problem is resolved for me .
If you observe at the Receipt Number at the starting we have LS/ .
Please include LS/ in the Receipt Number Example : LS/97/86319
And for Account Number include only the alphanumeric part Example : LSB422385.
If you observe at the Receipt Number at the starting we have LS/ .

--> acc no as --> LSD
--> receipt no: L/xx/xxxx
name. use proper spacing as per the bond.
