It is hereby intimated that my father Shri Vishram Tripathi had invested a sum of Rs 15, 000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) in Golden Forest (India) Ltd in 1998-99 as under : - (a) Our Receipt No LS/99/7235, Issue Date 23 Jan 1999, ST No JNC99-[protected] ST Date 29 Dec 1998 & A/C No. 01/9/LCC42849/02/49732 Maturity Rs 5000/- Maturity value Rs 10, 000 Enrolment No 1124358 (b) Our Receipt No LS/99/7236, Issue No 23 Jan 1999, ST No JNC[protected] ST Date 29 Dec 1998 & A/C No. 01/9/LCC42850/02/49733 Maturity Rs 5000/- Maturity value Rs 10, 000 Enrolment No 1124358 (c) Our Receipt No LS/99/7237, Issue No 23 Jan 1999, ST No JNC[protected] ST Date 29 Dec 1998 & A/C No. 01/9/LCC42851/02/49734 Maturity Rs 5000/- Maturity value Rs 10, 000 Enrolment No 1124358. However, after expiry of more than 12 years, we haven’t received any amount or any type of intimation from the company. In view of the same, may I request you to please initiate necessary action against the company and resolve our economic hardship at the earliest.
