Krishna Murthy Sastry, have invested Rs.1, 000/- in Golden Forests India Limited for long term Plan bearing Receipt No. 94/Z2/77779, dated 27/06/1994, in the name of Ms. S. Rama Lakshmi, Account No. 01/9/LSB7735, D/Plan No.16/25. And the Commencement/Maturity/ Enrolment is 13/05/1994 / 13/05/2019 / 53605 and the Maturity value is for Rs. 2, 22, 000/-.
For this a posted dated Cheque No. 053056, dated 13/05/2019, drawn from State Bank of Patiala, Panchakula - 0387, Member of the Chandigarh, Clearing House issued to recover the maturity amount. But Now the bank merged and the issued cheque is invalid.
Therefore i am requesting you to issue a new cheque to claim my maturity amount, otherwise i will be suffer with irreparable loss.

In response to the GFIL inserted advt.dt.23/10/2018 I had submitted the relevant documents for the said investment to M/s.Karvy Computershare Pvt.Ltd.by Speed Post on 27/10/2018 along withcopies of a)Aadhar Card b)a Cancelled cheque c)GF(I)L receipt to facilitate the refund of 70% of the amount invested but so far nothing has been heard from the GF(I)Ltd.

I am trying to submit my claims online on karvy website and every time it says account number is invalid.
I have tried entering details as per the different criteria mentioned but nothing works.
When we try to call golden forest number it never works and neither someone has replied to my email.

Please let me know where to go from here.
Karvy emailed me that we should courier all our documents and originals to GFIL committee address.
But how can I submit claim online
