I recently got to know that gfil is disbursing 70% of the deposited amount. I tried filling up their claim form but it says that the account number is invalid. My account number is 01/9/lsc424106.
I need help in filling up the form so that i can at least put up my claim.
I've tried calling up the telephone no. : +91 [protected] as well as their landline no. :[protected], but did not receive any response.

I haven't received the amount yet. As per the Recent judgment the Hon’ble Supreme Court I am entitled to receive 70% of the principal amount deposited. Pursuant to the said Judgment, the company has set up a committee for redressal which has authorised 'karvy computer share private limited' as payment service provider for making disbursement. My amount 50000/- maturity date is 03/04/2005 where gfil has issued ch. No:0096698.

Gfil has issued ch. No:0096698 date:03/04/2005 for rupees 50000/- (Maturity+invested amount) at cbi chandigarh 37-c as per terms and conditions of agreement/application no:lsc150656

Gfil is bound to pay rupees fifty thousand only. Code:92353 unit:25821 stat no:jec951538/85008.
But till the date i have not received by amount. So you are requested to help me to receive my amount as soon as possible.

I have send all photocopy of these receipts to office address but till date i have not received any response from them.
Now to whom we have to ask and get confirmation that all money which customer invested in gfil and gpl will get back 70% refund only soon in account.
Its really horrible act by gfiland gpl and are playing with innocent peoples who invested only on faith.

Sir, i am an advocate. I sent gfil claim of one b. Duggamma who was alive in 2006 but died after that.in the claim form when i tried to submit the nominee it became not possible. So i sent on duggamma, but there was no provision for sending the death certificate. Now the claim had shown as different name, and stopped pay ment. Would like to solve the issue regarding filling of claim form details in the start section. I am ram avtar (Depositor), holding a account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil limited) bearing the account no: 01/9/rub233120 00/275. After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes... I hereby request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.
