Golden Forests India Ltd — amount not received back from the company.

I am bhaswar chaudhury (Depositor), holding an account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil limited) bearing the account numbers are:

After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i am enable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes. Then the claim fourm was submitted through speed post, but till now no reply is recieved by us from the company. I hereby request you to please look up the matter and solve this issue as soon as possible.
