Dear sir,

I have invested amount of 20000/- in the golden forest (India) limited under receipt no. Ls/95/127869; account no. 01/9/lsc193193 dated 16/08/1995 by the name kotti hanuman. My amount maturity date is 01/07/2020 under enrolment no. 181194.

I have filled the clam form, unique no. 1470178 on july 27th 2019. But still i have not yet received my amount. So you are requested to help me to receive my amount as soon as possibility. I have attached all the required documents.
