I, Jhuma Koley, resident of Vill PO Nasibpur Dist Hoogly West Bengal East Koleypara, has invested a sum of Rs 10000 on 09/02/2000 in Golden Foests (India) Limited.

A/C no. : 01/9/LSB777257 ENROLMENT no. : 1548431

Maturity date was on 09/08/2003. But till date I haven't recieved any payment. I am requesting to the committee that my principal investment should be refunded ASAP. The money was earned with my blood and sweat. If you do the needful, I will be greatly obliged to you.
