Hi team, I have purchased noise x3 bass from amazon. Now the issue is that the charging case is not working, it does not show any lights and not even charging, resultant to this the volume also got decreased and right bud is producing kinky sound which makes the me feel like i am using a local earbud. Major problem *charging case is not working, seems like its dead. *voice fluctuation in the right ear bud, voice get kinky. -please help me out with replacement. Contact no.
