I ordered a noise shots x3 bass from amazon in the month of october 2019 and just after a mere 2-3 months time the charging case isnt working.There is no physical damage whatsoever even it has never been in contact with water or any liquid.The cause of this damage is unknown to me as it was working fine until the very last.
The charging case doesnt work or show lights nor does the ear buds.I was in a positive thinking about the company until this sudden damage to the product.I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter as it can subject to a bad reputation to the company.The details of my transaction on amazon are:
