Google — customer support for google play store developer account | |||
Dear sir/mam, I am an engineering student. Today i want to tell you about google play store. There are millions of apps on play store which are made by developers like me. Most of the developers are from india. For uploading apps to play store, the app developer needs to pay 25 $. Every developer pays this fee to upload apps. The google play store claims that one can earn money through their apps. But from last year, the google is suspending thousands of accounts from play store. If any developer does a mistake, they will suspend the account. Actually, they do not suspend any account manually. It is done by their bots. These bots are not so accurate. So they can even suspend a 100% perfect account. Now, there are a lot of developers who are completely dependent on the play store. They earn a good amount from their apps. But google can suspend their account without even explaining the reason. The developer who has paid 25 $ and who has spent several nights to make those apps, has the full right to know the reason for the suspension. Also, the developer has full right to contact their customer support. But there is no way to contact them. We can appeal them through a form. But again this mail is replied by an automatic system. Every time they reply the same text. The developer should have the right to contact them directly by call or by chat. They are playing a very dirty game with our country. They think that in india no one will ask them for providing customer support. Even on their official websites, there is no way to contact them directly. They are making millions of dollars by using developers like us. I request you to please send them a legal notice to add customer support in india. They should have a complaint office as well.
