It is my Civil and fundamental right to sought action against a person who is hurting my individuality.

My gmail account has been hacked. I am not able to get it back. The hacker is misusing it to send abusive comments to my friends on gmail contact list and on orkut.

My gmail and orkut account were hacked. The hacker had changed my password and performed orkut profile updates, deleted my data and emails. I was able to recover my account using the account recovery procedures for gmail, but i lost all my data and emails.

The hacker was stupid enough to divert my mails to his email Id "[protected]@gmail.com". Since we know the email Id of this hacker...
