Google India / Tez — Failed transaction and the deduction didnt reflect in my account | |
Hi I have purchased a set of notebooks from a stationary shop in broadway kochi and paid ₹400/- for the same through google pay. First time the transaction was a failure but amount deducted and second time it was successful. I thought it would be refunded but that didn’t happen. I have confirmed from the seller as well whether it was paid twice since the amount has been deducted. But he confirmed after consulting his bank that only once he has received the amount. Then i put both transactions under review and waited for more than 3 months. But nothing happened. I am attaching the details of both transactions failed and successful. It is really tiresome when you have to travel more than 10 kms again and again for the same thing. Kindly help me with this.
