I have been using GPay for over 3 years now, and recently family and friends started informing me that they cannot send me money as my account was flagged as risky and they GPay was stopping them from sending me money. This is absolutely ridiculous, even more so as they are letting me pay other people and businesses through GPay. After raising a complaint and following up for a week, I get this following email. They can't even give me a reason as to why they're blocking my incoming transactions. Terrible customer service and grievance redressal from GPay. I'm now forced to migrate to another Indian payment platform now.
