Google India / Tez — I am waiting for refund from 21 days against failed payment. | |||
Dear sir, I had made a payment to cidco through upi tez platform. Payment indicated successfully at first but not received to beneficiary as it is not reflected on my cidco aplication. The merchant for this payment is ccavenues. After lots of complaint/ emails and arguments with bank, merchants, google pay i am not getting my refund. No body is taking my complaint granted. Every executives are repelling my complaint. Ccavenues is saying that transaction is auto revered contact your bank. From bank i had received a letter that they got reply from google pay that payment is successful. Google pay customer executive is saying that i need to contact ccavenues. What should i do. There no one taking responsibility of my refund istead repelling my request/ emails and aski g to wait 3-4 more days. Cidco executive also stated they will refund 3-4 days from 5th oct. But no refund recieved. Payment is of 5291.80/-. Order number:[protected] & the ccavenue reference no:[protected] with inr:5291.80 Please note that the refund reference number recieved from ccavenues for the above transactions is:[protected]. Sbi ref-dear sbi upi user, ur a/cx7312 - debited by rs5291.8 on 01oct19 ref no[protected].. In this regards how can we trust any online upi transactions if there is involvement of bank/ google pay/ ccavenues/ cidco/ cidco bank for single payment.
