[Resolved]  Google India / Tez — not solved - google pay support inquiry - case id [[protected]]

Dear sir, i have sent payment thru google pay amt. Rs.6000/- on 1st sep.2020.. After two days i made complaint on google pay support. I attached sender & recipient's bank account statements. Customer care call me 6th day & told me to submit my account statement with balance. I sent my account statement on same day within half an hour.. But today is 11th day.. I have not received my money rs.6000/-. They literally lingering the process.. On google may still showing payment is processing. They are cheater. They are handling customer care. Problem is in google app. Then who will responsible. I need my money with interest. This is a case of mental harrassment.. I will searching ombudsman for complaint.. Definately i will do the complaint with our area ombudsman. Close this harrasment.. Send my money immediately. Thanks & regards... Sanjay
