Google India / Tez — transaction showing successful but money not credited in beneficiary account

I made a transaction from google pay on 17/11/2018 at 08:37am of rs.8275 from my central bank of india bank acc no.[protected]. The upi transaction id for the same is[protected] and the google transaction id is cicagkdcw7faoa. The app is showing that the amount is credited to the beneficiary account but the beneficiary has not received any amount, the account no. For the beneficiary is [protected] (Andhra bank, vashi).
