Google — young joy unauthorized charged | |||||
Last january 16, amount of 999.00, there is unauthorized charged that been deducted towards my debit card via google young joy. I didnt set up any payment method towards my google account and my card information is protected. This is very frustrating coz its not just only once happen but just yesterday, another payment has been process again for the amount of 149.00 same subscription. I havent recieve any notifications or approval of the deductions. Already send a claim however it took so long. I need my money back asap! Very frustrating and inconvenience.! Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 23, 2020 Updated by jecilclear saladas Unauthorized deduction of my card, without any otp or notifications . Refund my money back asap . | |||||
