I was checking my balance in direct express and a charge of 53.04 to google*kay richey, this transaction was not approved not made by me.. This is my children's card and this transaction was not authorized by me. I have no idea what or where this came from, what website this belongs to. I have not heard of this person. Please help me get my money back, as a single mom i need every bit i can Was this information helpful? | |

I did not authorize this purchase, nor do I know who it is, I was asleep and woke up to this transaction.

Firstly i got charged for 1 rupee and later 900 today i saw my messages it is 4200 debited from my account i am really not aware of this transaction its a fraud i have lost more then 5k amount please take some action on these apps these apps ad shows in YouTube we need to stop such kind of apps ad shown in YouTube then people without any awareness of this app blindly they install and play with these apps later amount gets deducted please take some actions that too during covid pandemic people are dying financially these kind of frauds playing with humans.
Same thing happened, but I got my money back after cancelling the 'Slime blah blah' subscription and reporting the issue through Google Play store. There is the option of 'a family member used my account without consent' or something like that. They issued a refund within a couple of hours.
Same problem here, $49.99 on 8/5/20.
So I have dig deeper to see where it is coming from.
I logged into my google play account I have realized that my credit card is still on account although I am trying to keep it removed after each time I use.
Then, I went to Order History, and here I saw the purchase. I am sure that even our children don't know they are purchasing something.
It happened before where my twin boys played using about $200 without knowing on google play. Of course Google terminated our ability to purchase anything after my complaint. They said there should be an option to use a security code or parenting control. Not sure how that exactly works. In any event, the system seems to be set up in favor to Vendors. Yes, you can submit a complaint on google play. Will you get you money back? Maybe, if it is your first complaint. But if it repeated it-self be ready to have your account locked by Google. See attached instructions to submit your refund request. Good luck to everyone with this.

I had the same issue as well, I was just charged 52.99 by the same person. It is an app Called Fancy Slime that is subscribed to unknowingly by your children through the Google Play Store. Probably through Roblox but I can’t be sure. I unsubscribed By going to play.google.com and then click on Subscriptions. Unsubscribe and then go to pay.google.com and remove your payment info. You will have to dispute the charge through your bank and then probably get a new card because this Dick now has your credit card info.
I was just checking my bank statement. To my surprise I too have been charged $53.49. Never did I agree to this and would like my money back.
Fraud transaction of 4200/- had on my credit card namely Google* kay ricky, which is unknown to me or it is authorized by me accordingly please cancel the amount and give debit back to my HSBC credit card account.
I was charged 81.34 just now!!! No happy at all! Going to the bank as soon I finished work!🤬🤬
