Dear Team Gorb,
Claiming to be the best in delivering food and not living up to it at all. This is pathetic, I have been waiting for my order to be delivered since over two hours. There is no update yet and when I called their customer service, one lady put me on hold for over half an hour and after trying again from a different number (I am still on hold on the first while dialling the other) the other guy tells me that they are having a system upgrade and he cant help me and will just register a complaint. I asked him about my food and his answer was sorry i cant help you with that.
Pathetic just Pathetic. Never ordering from here again, also please stop sending those bulk sms's if you cant live up to your word. Was this information helpful? |
