Dear Team Gorb,

Claiming to be the best in delivering food and not living up to it at all. This is pathetic, I have been waiting for my order to be delivered since over two hours. There is no update yet and when I called their customer service, one lady put me on hold for over half an hour and after trying again from a different number (I am still on hold on the first while dialling the other) the other guy tells me that they are having a system upgrade and he cant help me and will just register a complaint. I asked him about my food and his answer was sorry i cant help you with that.

Pathetic just Pathetic. Never ordering from here again, also please stop sending those bulk sms's if you cant live up to your word.

I placed an order on March 16 at 10:11 a.m. Order ID INMUM[protected]-5499363 which was confirmed for delivery at 13:00 hrs. The food ordered was not delivered even upto 14:00 hrs even after repeated calling up your help line. I was subsequently informed that the money paid by me would be refunded to me. Upto date, the money has not been refunded to me. You are requested to ensure that the Rs. 150 paid for order not delivered, be refunded to my account immediately without any further delay.

Ordered Bharleli bhendi on 16 March 2017 from Gorbachev. I found a rotten bhendi with full of black spots inside.Totally unexpectable.I thinkno quality check before delivery to customers.it's nt right to play with smebodys health this way.while stuffing the bhendi, didn't d chef came to know tht d bhendi was rotten ? After escalation of the issue to Gorb, I have only received a formal drafted mail of apologies.

We had ordered for lunch at around 12.30pm on 12.03.2017, order was placed successfully, payment was done and we were waiting for the food to arrive, . When it dint come by 2 pm also, we called up to find out and that's when they inform that the order got cancelled. How utterly irresponsible of them to not even inform the customer about the cancellation. Reason given is that there was issue with the address as shown in their system. Horrible service, highly insensitive approach, by far it's the worst experience. And the staff says on the phone that the money would be refunded, as if it's a big deal. We are going to the consumer Forum with the complaint.

Food Ordered my me yesterday but the delivery boy called about the address details and he asked me to come to a particular landmark and said to collect the food. they never bring change for the bill and the tone is always rude.
he said - "what u want? do you want me to cancel the order?? "
i replied - I don't mind because I've paid for delivery so i wont collect by walking across the street. and they give stupid excuse of parking facility.
for complain i used social media tools Facebook, email and even i called them but there was no reply on Facebook, no revert on email and the number is unavailable.
they don't have any perfect address or reg. office to contact/reach. such company is not good for sake of people. whom should we go to in case of any uncertainty. please so something against this company.

I had ordered my dinner on App with option of cash on delivery, on ordering i got a call from one of the delivery boys confirming the order, once i confirmed he said you need to pay 180 INR & there is no discount, i said ok.

Again after 10 minutes a got a call from another delivery person confirming address & order & repeating the same stuff that you have to pay 180 INR & there is no discount. I said ok.

Again after 10 minutes or so i got a third call confirming the address & person repeating that you have to pay 180 INR & there is no discount.

It was so irritating to answer these rude delivery boys each & every time that I had to cancel my order & manage my dinner with calling local restaurant.

I feel this is real wrong on part of Gorb & its management to confirm & reconfirm the same thing thrice when I had already agreed.

I ordered my first product from gorb, it was suppose to reach by 1pm, it got delivered by 2.30 pm. Secondly when I visited gorb for compaining about it, they asked me to rate the product, If I rate it below 4-5 the submit button was not clicking.
Everyday I try to order something (because they sent me some coupon code) the site is hanging and not proceeding with the order.
This is the most pathetic food ordering website I have ever come across.
They need to put in efforts to improve the website, their service and food quality.

I had placed and ordered @ 10.30am with chef munish khanna on sunday morning for chicken lahori & paratha.

I got a message:
Your order id inmum[protected]-4294750 is confirmed and will be delivered to you by 13:00. Thank you, gorb team.

I followed with customer care atleast 5 times and these support guys didn't know the order status. Would put your call 📞 on hold for 10 minutes and would assure you the concerned team would contact you.

Then they would be no calls. Again i followed with the customer care and i got the same ans again and again.

I had maggi and was waiting for the delivery, but it didn't happen.

So the next thing which happened the time i check the status on app. It said that my order was successfully delivered and you please rate the taste of food.

I just got so annoyed and busted the support team.

In reply i got a answer saying the delivery boy misplaced the order. Which again seems fake as it was cash on delivery.

For all the hungry ppl this not the place you get your food.
You get fraud and left foodless.

Worst customer services till date.

First let me tell you the issue which i have already told to your customer executives more than 6-7 time in last one month. i had placed an order on 15th January 2017. order was placed and payment (online transaction) was completed successfully. Below are the transaction details.

and please check in your system thoroughly as your executive don't get the details at one go.

The food was not delivered and later, on checking with your executive i was told order was not complete and money would be refunded. first of all i do not understand what kind of application is it where after completion of payment still the order is incomplete and you accept the amount even tough the order was not complete.

Never mind, i was told money will be refunded within 7-10 working days but i assume for you people meaning of 7-10 days is different from what i count, today even after a month the money is not credited. and on calling your customer executive several time i get the same answer without any resolution "concerned team will be calling back". what type of concerned team you have that i didn't receive any call yet.

i dont know what kind of system they maintain that nor do they find details and nor does their team call back even after assuring for the same every time. if this is how they treat their custom i am sorry to say but better they get shut down.

I have already placed a complaint with Gorb CS, I called them twice and also emailed them.
My order was delivered on 6th this month by delivery man Deepak, since then he is harrasing me on phone talking bad to me. He calls at night and day many times. My complain was received by Naufil and he ended up supporting the crime the delivery boy is commiting and told me that he won't do anything or won't take any action against the person harrasing me on phone.
Second time I wrote a detailed email about the crime Gorb is supporting. This is the number delivery man Deepak is calling me from[protected] and also second number he has is,[protected].
One number is registered in his name and second number he is using of Krishna transportation because may be he is working there also.
After giving all the screenshot as evidence, Naufil is refusing to take any action and still supporting harresment case.
Please forward this to the CEO of Gorb.

Very true today as i ordered through gorb hoping will have good meal, my delivery time was of 3pm ..Now its 3:45 i m still waiting for my order ...but nothing turned right . As i called customer care they stated currently they aren't serving at my location ..wherein i could locate the menu and order was successfully placed. Never be depended on gorb people will die due to hunger. i will take this complaint really high.. REALLY A PATHETIC AND MISLEADING WEBSITE (FOOD).

This complaint is with regarding to the Order no - INMUM[protected]-1033073 which i have placed on 30th December 2016 through the GORB app in evening around 6:00 pm asking to be delivered at 9:00 pm same evening but i didn't received any kind of call (Delivery Boy) neither i receive the delivery at 9:00 pm so i waited till 9:30 hoping to get a call but i didn't . Eventually i decided to give a call to its so called Customer Support - [protected] and there i spoke to a person named LAXMAN, he noted down my order no and gave me information as SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED but the delivery is slightly delayed so we will call u back in few mins, later i receive a call from the same guy after 15 mins at 9:40 pm telling me that the delivery guy has been left from our side with your parcel and it shall reached to you at 10:00 pm as the delivery boy will give me a call as well before coming BUT quite obvious i didnt receive any call and hence i didnt received any delivery .

LEFT COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED .Although their advertising tagline says JAISA MOOD WAISA FOOD but quite obviously we cannot order food from them depending on our mood leaving us hungry completely as the food will never arrive at all

Gorb has been advertising so much about its free meal in 2017 depending on some number of orders in 2016. Coming from a group of Zee, I couldn't believe the product is so bad. Firstly, whatever time you go to order, more than 80% of the menu items shows being sold out. Luckily, if you find an available dish, the time slot is not available. If you get a time slot, it will reach 1-2 hours late. On 25th I ordered an item to be delivered at 10 pm but it got delivered by 12 midnight. But the worst scenario I faced yesterday on 26th Dec. I have ordered the dish at 8 pm choosing the slot of 10 pm. When it didn't reach by 11 pm, I called them. They told they will check and call me back. That didn't happen and at 12:09 I got a message that my order is cancelled. When I tired calling them, it said they are closed for the day. Now this is height of how bad their service. Couldn't believe it.

It was 11.30 when i called cc. As thy were very rude they told they will confirm and call me when i received call from cc told ur order is already dispatched on the other line deliver boy was on call he told he will take more half and hr to deliver as it was 12.
When i call at 12 to delivery boy he told me we will not deliver. Ur order got damaged. I told late night who will provide me food atleast u might have informed us we might managed from somewhere.

The order was placed at 9.00am and delivery slot given to me was 1pm. I was given 40% discount on total amount which was paid online. I received call from their customer service at 1.30pm informing that due to quality issue of one item my entire order is cancelled. I was trying to reach their customer care since 12.50pm for tracking the order but i didn't got any response..I believe it's a completely fraud company launched to starve people. Also, I believe it's app is not real time as it shows only processed order the icon of intransit & delivery is just for symbol sake. I hope this fraud company returns my amount

Hello sir, my name is sachin this above massage i received from you and status showing delivered at 10.35 pm but i can't received this food item, and also i can't reach u... Customer care number not helpful... Pls solve this problem for further orders

I had ordered a food item at 8 pm.Delivery time was 3:15pm.I waited till 4:59pm but the food never arrived.The customer care representatives not receving call then latter they send me text order cancled.There are no contact numbers available.This has happened before also.And, the same thing has happened with my friends.An in the app, it showed that order has got delivered when it did not come at all.It is an absolutely fraud company with ridiculous service.Strict actions should be taken against this company immediately...

I ordered butter chicken and what i got was a joke. This was a trial order and this is highly disappointing. Three very small pieces of bones in the name of chicken and a little curry with 4 parathas that too completely cold. Very disappointing this is not homemade food. Never ordering again ever. Waste of money!! Pls dont order from here. Plus when u call their number [protected] they dont receive and keep disconnecting the call!! Bloody thiefs!!

I had ordered a food item at 8 pm.Delivery time was 9.15.I waited till 11 but the food never arrived.The customer care representatives kept telling me that the delivery executive is on its way but he never arrived.There are no contact numbers available.This has happened before also.And, the same thing has happened with my friends.An in the app, it showed that order has got delivered when it did not come at all.It is an absolutely fraud company with ridiculous service.Strict actions should be taken against this company immediately

This is with regards to two order placed by me on 29 September at around 8.30 pm for the time slot of 9.45 and 10.00 (one of the order no is order no 103129 and the other was from the no [protected], Dilip). However, the order reached me at 11.30 pm almost 3 hours after placing the order which is not acceptable. Repeated calls to customer care was of no help. Also one of the executive, I think his name was Sharman was far to unprofessional...

I do stay at royalpalms, goregaon east, mumbai.
I placed my order around 4.30 pm paying them online and there was no slot before 8 pm was available. I placed my order. I didn't get any delivery even after 8.45 pm. I called customer care and they tell me i should have selected marol as my delivery store than jogeshawari (Firstly there is no such option to select, it happens through server. Secondly why should one choose marol when he stays at goregaon). And then my call was disconnected.
I called them again. This time it was told to me that my order is on my way and it will reach in 15 mins. I call them again and it is being told to me after half an hour that it wont be possible for them to deliver it.
And then i have to sleep empty stomach facing rude and unethical behavior from all these uneducated executives. When asked to them if i can talk to manager, it is being told to me that manager leaves by 8 pm.
It is kind of harassment when you pay them online and you get something like this in return.
Strict actions should be taken against them.

Few days back when the "FREEMEAL" coupon code was application, me and my friends ordered food from GORB. I got the discount of Rs 120 on the food ordered for Rs 150 and i had to pay Rs 30. But the delivery boy called and said that have to pay full amount as I didnt get the discount. And the same thing happened with me 4 times. From that very day, I have been repeatedly calling the customer care but they didnt responded well to me. Few said that the coupon code expired, few said I might have used the coupon code twice and so many. Even the customer care donot know when the code expires and when not. I mean hows that possible when my friends have ordered the same day, they got the discount and i didnt. Literally pissed off from the way the customer care department handles their customer and how the company serves the food.
