Gorb — Rudeness and bad attitude of delivery boys | |||||
I had ordered my dinner on App with option of cash on delivery, on ordering i got a call from one of the delivery boys confirming the order, once i confirmed he said you need to pay 180 INR & there is no discount, i said ok. Again after 10 minutes a got a call from another delivery person confirming address & order & repeating the same stuff that you have to pay 180 INR & there is no discount. I said ok. Again after 10 minutes or so i got a third call confirming the address & person repeating that you have to pay 180 INR & there is no discount. It was so irritating to answer these rude delivery boys each & every time that I had to cancel my order & manage my dinner with calling local restaurant. I feel this is real wrong on part of Gorb & its management to confirm & reconfirm the same thing thrice when I had already agreed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
