I orderer (Prepaid) ivigoo xr 4g smart phone from goshoppo.in for rs.2999 through rajorpay.com payment gateway on 19/01/2019. They delivered an used, old, useless, inactive k100 256 mb. Ram phone collected garbage from china wroth rs. 50 to 100 to me by delhivary.com courier service on 27/01/2019.
I try to connect them several times but no response came from them. Finally when i got a cusromar care no. Goshoppo from youtube i asked them to refund my money paid to them for the said smart phone they demand my bank details like debit card no, upi and bank balance amount to make the refund. When...

I have ordered a mobile hand set (Order id s82885) of 2999 rs from goshoppo.in on 22/01/2019, 3.45 pm, when i have mailed to their customer service ([protected]@gmail.com) for status of order, they have not given any reply, payment is taken through razorpay.com

Dear sir,
I had order on line go shoppo one viggo xr mobile of rs 2999/- on 19/01/2019 and paid them full amount by on line payment. But till date i don, t receive the product, now neither they pick my phone and nor reply on my mails. It seems me this is a fraud on line shopping site. Please suggest me how can i take my refund

Please check through which courier thede fake items are being delivered by goshoppo.in.
I found they are using delhivery courier, & in tracking summary, it shows shippment collected from client location.
That means for shipping goods thru delivery courier, goshoppo must been registered with them, as client. Then catch hold of courier office for sending the fake item back and then ask their valid address & contact details. Then you can file complaint to police about association/involvement of courier partner with goshoppo.

They have not replied for my request for replacement by a genuine product.

Dear sir,

I have ordered viggo m10 mobile online through the above said website and paid rs.3499 online.

But they sent me some worst china mobile it costs just 1200 (Stickered in box). That phone too not working.

I didnt return that product. I want to complaint about this to you so i keep this as evidence.

Even in the courier package they mentioned as other phone inside.

This is the digital india. I bought through digital i paid through digital.

What happend to my money. I am going to complaint about this...

Fake online websites, i have done the payment 3500 for iviggo mobile phone on 11th january but not got the order yet infact i asked to give tracking link for my order, but they sent me fake tracking details of delhivery, when contacted delhivery they told no order is given to them on goshoppo, so when i contacted back to goshoppo.in they told order or product is out of stock, everything i contacted is by email, their website phone no. Is switched off, when i asked the order refund amount, no reply for the emails, so i lost my money on this website goshoppo.in,

Pls help everyone in...
